彭姓,女孩,10个月,于1963年8月12日入院。主诉:全身出皮疹6个月,不规则发烧;全身淋巴结进行性肿大2个月。病儿自出生4个月后,面额部就出现皮疹,时好时发,继则躯干四肢均出现皮疹,腹部及腹股沟处多出血点。近两个月来不规则发烧,面色逐渐苍白,全身淋巴结进行性肿大,尤以两侧颈部淋巴结肿大明显。同时腹部逐渐膨隆,消瘦,食欲不好,时有恶心呕吐,大便稀,每天6～7次,带不消化奶块。
