一、治理漏油M7120A平面磨床工作台油压筒两端封油结构如图1所示。常见的漏油多数是由于活塞杆3和油封1不断摩擦,形成间隙。当工作台4向右运动时,渗漏出来的油便沿着活塞杆滴下,既浪费油,又影响周围环境清洁。针对这个漏油问题,我们采取了改进措施,具体如下:在法兰盘2上加装一个毛毡油封5,并在法兰盘上钻φ4孔漏油。用凿子把放毛毡的沉割槽下部和漏油孔凿通,这样,油毛毡刮下的油便自然漏入床身油池。这个小改革工作量不大,对原机床外观无影响,但效果却很好。二、改善磨头润滑目前生产出厂的M7120A磨床主轴滑动轴承已采
