Sato 等曾研究了异丁基溴化镁借助二茂二氯化钛(Cp_2 TiCl_2)的催化作用,于温和条件下对若干炔烃的还原过程.反应结果生成高选择性的顺式烯烃.反应起始于二茂钛氢化物[Cp_2 TiH]的形成,并对炔键进行顺式钛氢化加成,随后与 Grignard 试剂发生交换得到烯基Grignard 试剂,最终水解成烯烃.Colomer 和 Corriu 利用异丙基 Grignard 试剂与二苯乙炔进行类似的反应,产物也是以 Z-二苯乙烯为主(70%).
Sato et al. Have studied the reduction of some alkynes under mild conditions catalyzed by isobutyl magnesium bromide with the help of Cp 2 TiCl 2. The reaction results in the formation of a highly selective cis-olefin. Starting with the formation of the titanocene hydride [Cp_2TiH] and the cis-titanium hydrogenation of the acetylenic bond followed by exchange with the Grignard reagent to give the alkenyl Grignard reagent, which is eventually hydrolyzed to the alkene.Colomer and Corriu use isopropyl A similar reaction of the Grignard reagent with the diphenylacetylene gave the product, which was also predominantly Z-stilbene (70%).
