研究表明:采用线索调查加体检的方法对1～6岁儿童进行脑瘫调查是简便、有效、可行的并且给出了调整患病率及其方差的计算方法。有条件的地区可以从出生后6个月开始,一般地区可以从1岁开始脑瘫监测。
Studies have shown that using clues to examine plus physical examination to investigate cerebral palsy in children aged 1 to 6 years is a simple, effective and feasible method to calculate the prevalence and variance. Conditional areas can start from 6 months after birth, and general areas can start from the age of 1 cerebral palsy monitoring.
