我厂尿素脱蜡装置原有两台纯辐射圆筒炉,分别加热减二线蜡油和常二线脱蜡油。辐射室较矮,烟囱长期冒火,热效率很低。为降低能耗,我厂增加了一个对流室供两炉合用。自1981年3月完成改造以来,完全达到了预期的主要技术经济指标,两台炉子的热效率由过去的54~55%提高到了82~83.5%。改造的主要项目如下(参见图1):1.增加一个公用的对流窒(长×宽×高=3×2×6米),对流炉管采用φ102×8×3200毫米的钉头管,总吸热面积为81米~2。2.对流室安装电动吹灰器6台。3.为减少两台炉子烟道气的相互干
Urea dewaxing plant I plant the original two purely radial cylindrical furnace, respectively, heating less second-line wax and often second-line dewaxing oil. Radiation room shorter, the chimney fire, thermal efficiency is low. In order to reduce energy consumption, I added a convection chamber for two furnaces. Since the completion of the renovation in March 1981, the main technical and economic indicators have been fully met.
