鉴于对称的高斯峰模型已不能适应现代计算机化的色谱分析之要求,本文采用了指数衰减函数与高斯正态分布函数的卷积作为色谱峰模型,以实验证明了在气相色谱填充柱上该模型参数与色谱保留值间的线性关系,为用计算机对气相色谱填充柱所获得的非对称的或重迭的色谱峰进行自动拟合解析定量提供了一个较合理的依据。
Since the symmetric Gaussian peak model can not meet the demand of modern computerized chromatographic analysis, the convolution of exponential decay function and Gaussian normal distribution function is used as the chromatographic peak model. Experiments show that this model The linear relationship between the parameters and the chromatographic retention values provides a more reasonable basis for the automatic fitting and quantification of asymmetric or overlapping chromatographic peaks obtained by a packed column of a gas chromatograph by a computer.
