目的:观察川椒丸体外的抑菌作用。方法:将川椒丸采用对倍稀释试管法测定最低抑菌浓度,采用管碟法测定最低杀菌浓度,并与加味香连丸、诺氟沙星胶囊比较抑菌作用。结果:川椒丸对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌的MIC比较分别为:0.20、0.20、0.20、0.20g/mL;川椒丸对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌的MBC比较分别为:0.20、0.20、0.40、0.40g/mL;对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用,川椒丸和加味香连丸比较,川椒丸明显优于加味香连丸,差异具有统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论:川椒丸对体外细菌具有较好的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the antibacterial effect of Chuanjiawan in vitro. Methods: Chuanjiao Pills were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration by double-dilution test tube method, and the lowest bactericidal concentration was determined by tube plate method. The bacteriostatic effect was compared with Jiawei Xianglian Pills and Norfloxacin Capsules. Results: The MIC of Chuanjiao Pill against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella, Proteus was 0.20, 0.20, 0.20, 0.20 g/mL, respectively; Chuanjiao Pill against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Shigella The MBC comparison between Proteus and Proteus was 0.20, 0.20, 0.40, and 0.40 g/mL, respectively; compared with E. coli, Chuanjia Pills and Modified Xianglian Pills, Chuanjia Pills were significantly better than Jiawei Xianglian Pills. Statistical significance (P(0.05).Conclusion: Chuanjiao Pill has a good inhibitory effect on bacteria in vitro.
