Objective To understand the effect of different occupational stress on the cardiovascular function of locomotive flight attendants. Methods Six hundred and seventy-seven locomotive flight attendants with complex line values and 256 locomotive drivers with better routes were selected for blood pressure and electrocardiogram measurements. Results The detection rate of abnormal blood pressure in flight attendants was 73.4% in 667 observation group and 48.8% in control group (P <0.01). The detection rate of flight attendant abnormal blood pressure in control group was (P <0.05). The detection rate of ECG abnormality in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The detection rate of abnormal blood pressure in flight attendants with different driving ages was lower than that of the control group But the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The electrocardiogram abnormalities in the observation group were mainly axial deviation, sinus tachycardia and sinus arrhythmia. Conclusion Railway locomotive flight attendants as a special occupational group should do a good job in locomotive flight attendants before and during their employment in the health guardianship work.
