In order to establish a unified and stable energy market in Europe, Europe needs to meet the three conditions of economic competitiveness, turning to a low-carbon economy and ensuring energy supply security. The relationship between European economies and energy is complex, including energy prices, growth, the relationship between competitiveness and employment, and the relationship between energy industry structure and energy prices. However, there is no single economic model that can reconcile all these complex relationships. Differences between national energy systems also pose challenges. However, the 27 EU member states share a common vision of their energy future and identify future challenges by analyzing the state of energy development.
