目的建立以降脂宁调脂抗氧化有效部位HPLC指纹图谱参照峰为基准,计算多指标成分含量的定量方法。方法建立降脂宁调脂抗氧化有效部位HPLC指纹图谱,以2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷为对照品,以其色谱峰为基准,计算主要色谱峰相对含量。结果确定10个色谱峰为多成分定量指标,计算3批降脂宁调脂抗氧化有效部位中10个成分的总量,以2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷计分别为12.40%、12.44%和11.85%。结论建立的多指标成分定量方法简便、可行,可作为降脂宁调脂抗氧化有效部位质量控制和评价方法之一。
Objective To establish a quantitative method based on HPLC fingerprinting peak of lipid-lowering anti-oxidation active site of Jiangzhining to calculate multi-index components. Methods HPLC fingerprint of lipid-lowering lipid-lowering antioxidant active site was established. With 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside as reference substance, Benchmark, calculate the relative content of major chromatographic peaks. Results The 10 peaks were identified as multi-component quantitative indicators, the total amount of 10 components of 3 batches of lipid-lowering lipid-regulating antioxidant active sites was calculated, and 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2- O-β-D-glucoside counts were 12.40%, 12.44% and 11.85%, respectively. Conclusion The established quantitative index method is simple and feasible, and can be used as one of the quality control and evaluation methods of lipid-lowering anti-oxidation and lipid-lowering sites.
