目的 探讨原发性闭角型青光眼(PCAG) 与正常眼的解剖结构差异。 方法 使用A 超对31 例(62 眼)PCAG及30 人(60 眼) 正常对照组的解剖结构( 包括眼轴长度、前房深度、晶状体厚度) 进行测量,同时计算相对晶状体位置及晶状体厚度/ 眼轴长度系数,各项均值进行对比分析( t 检验) 。 结果 PCAG 与正常眼相比,前房浅、晶状体厚、眼轴短、相对晶状体位置前移、晶状体厚度/ 眼轴长度系数大,以上差异均有显著性( P< 0 .01) 。 结论 PCAG 以浅前房、厚晶状体、眼轴短为特点。相对晶状体位置及晶状体厚度/ 眼轴长度系数可作为PCAG 早期诊断的指标之一
Objective To investigate the anatomic differences between primary angle-closure glaucoma (PCAG) and normal eyes. Methods The anatomical structures (including axial length, anterior chamber depth, and lens thickness) of 31 patients (62 eyes), PCAG group (30 eyes) and 60 eyes (60 eyes) were measured with A ultrasound, and the relative lens position and lens thickness / Axial length coefficient, the mean value of comparative analysis (t test). Results Compared with normal eyes, PCAG had a slight thickness of the anterior chamber, short axial length, forward relative lens position and large lens length / axial length coefficient (P <0.01). Conclusion PCAG with shallow anterior chamber, thick lens, axial length is short. Relative lens position and lens thickness / axial length coefficient can be used as an indicator of PCAG early diagnosis
