(芦笋 Asparagus Officinalis Linn)学名石刁柏,含丰富的营养成份,有些肿瘤患者食用有辅助治疗效果。本实验探讨了芦笋抗肿瘤及对免疫功能的影响,结果报告如下。实验用芦笋:由中国科学院湖南长沙农业现代化研究所提供的无菌试管培养混杂苗和愈伤组织,制成100%匀浆和澄明芦笋注射液5g/支。肿瘤生长延缓试验:称取18~22g 雄性杂鼠20只,随机分为2组,采用小鼠 S_(180)实体瘤瘤源,按照常规接种。用药组在接种前3天开始用芦笋匀浆液灌胃,每次20g/kg,每日2次,共18天;对照组于接种当日开始,用等量生理盐水灌胃。自接种第5~33日,每日测量肿瘤体积,测出长、宽、高瘤径,求出平均瘤径,以平均瘤径作出用药组和对照组生长曲线,求出
(Asparagus Asparagus Officinalis Linn) The scientific name of Dendrobium is rich in nutrients, and some cancer patients have adjuvant therapeutic effects. This experiment explored the anti-tumor effects of asparagus and its impact on immune function. The results are reported below. Asparagus for experimental use: The mixed seedlings and callus were cultured in sterile test tubes provided by the Changsha Institute of Agricultural Modernization in Hunan, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and made into 100% homogenate and clear asparagus injection 5g/branch. Tumor Growth Delay Test: Weighed 20 to 18 g of male mice and randomly divided into 2 groups. The mice were inoculated according to the solid tumor tumor tumor S_(180). The medicine group began to gavage every 3 days before inoculation with asparagus homogenate, 20g/kg twice a day for 18 days. The control group started on the day of inoculation and was intragastrically administrated with the same amount of normal saline. From the 5th to the 33rd day of inoculation, the tumor volume was measured daily, and the length, width and height of the tumor were measured. The mean diameter of the tumor was determined, and the growth curve of the drug group and the control group was determined from the average tumor diameter.
