Objective To observe the effect of visual feedback balance training on balance functional recovery in patients with early Parkinson’s disease. Methods Sixty-eight patients with early-stage Parkinson’s disease were randomly divided into observation group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). The control group received routine rehabilitation training. The observation group received visual feedback balance training on the basis of routine rehabilitation. Berg balance scale combined with pro-kin balance The trainer evaluates the balance before and after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in Berg scores between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). Berg scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). After 2 interventions, the trajectory length and the elliptical area of motion of both eyes opened and eyes closed decreased, and the degree of decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Visual feedback balance training can help to restore the balance function of patients with early Parkinson’s disease.
