In recent years, the high-rise buildings in the Shenzhen Special Zone have developed rapidly. However, the engineering geology in this area is relatively complex. The foundation soil often has thick soil filling or soft covering of soil layers. The soil layer is dominated by Quaternary soil and residual soil. Uneven thickness, sometimes the difference between [R] and E_s of the same building site is also very different, and there is also insufficient test data on the physical and mechanical properties of foundation soil for the box foundation using natural foundation. Therefore, most types of on-site concrete cast-in-place piles are used in most high-rise buildings, such as punched and drilled cast-in-place piles with diameters of 800 to 1400 mm and bored cast-in-place piles of 1200 to 3200 mm.
