目的了解福州市居民对现有社区卫生服务的评价情况。方法采取随机抽样的调查方法,对资料采用描述性和Logistic回归方法进行分析。结果有67.0%的居民对社区卫生服务感到满意,12.8%居民认为很满意,对满意度的主要影响因素为候诊时间、技术水平、治疗效果和能否报销。结论福州市居民对社区卫生服务有较高的满意度,但还有较大的改进空间,应该积极采取相应措施来进一步提高社区卫生服务水平。
Objective To understand the evaluation of the existing community health services by residents of Fuzhou City. Methods A random sampling survey method was adopted. Descriptive and Logistic regression methods were used to analyze the data. As a result, 67.0% of the residents were satisfied with the community health service, and 12.8% of the residents were satisfied. The main factors influencing the satisfaction were waiting time, technical level, treatment effect and reimbursement. Conclusion The residents of Fuzhou City have a high degree of satisfaction with community health services, but there is still a large room for improvement. Active measures should be taken to further improve the level of community health services.
