企业内的组织信任关系对组织学习过程具有重要的影响作用。组织内部信任关系可分为组织信任、主管信任和同事信任。基于388份的企业调查问卷数据的实证研究表明,同事信任对组织学习过程整体影响效果最大,其中同事信任对组织学习过程行动反思环节的促进作用最为显著;组织信任对组织学习过程具有较大促进影响;主管信任对组织学习过程具有部分正向影响。本研究的实践启示是:企业要提升组织学习能力,首先需积极构建良好的同事信任,相信同事的承诺和保证、困难时会及时援助;此外还需建立员工对组织的信任和对主管的信任。
Organizational trust within an organization has an important impact on organizational learning. Organizational trust within the organization can be divided into organizational trust, in charge of trust and colleagues trust. Empirical research based on 388 corporate questionnaire data shows that colleague trust has the most effect on organizational learning process, among which colleague trust plays the most significant role in organizational learning process. The organizational trust has a great promotion to organizational learning process Influence; supervisor trust has some positive effects on the organizational learning process. The practical enlightenment of this study is: To improve organizational learning ability, enterprises must actively build good colleagues trust, trust colleagues commitment and guarantee, assistance in case of difficulties, and also establish the staff’s trust in the organization and the trust of the supervisor .
