为了适应市场经济发展国有企业掀起了新一轮的改革,这个过程中企业员工发生较大变化,如果企业管理者不采取有效措施加以调整必然会对企业改革造成影响。思想政治教育是企业塑造、影响员工思想的重要途径,对于企业的健康稳定发展具有重要意义。但当前国有企业思政工作中还存在较多问题,这在很大程度上抑制了思政工作作用的发挥,企业管理者应当在国企改革的大背景下采取有效措施提升思政工作成效。
In order to adapt to the development of market economy, state-owned enterprises set off a new round of reforms. Employees in this process have undergone major changes. If the managers do not take effective measures to make adjustments, they will inevitably have an impact on the reform of the enterprises. Ideological and political education is an important way for enterprises to shape and influence employees’ thinking, which is of great significance to the healthy and steady development of enterprises. However, there are still many problems in the current state-owned enterprises’ ideological and political work, which greatly inhibits the exertion of the role of the ideological and political work. Enterprises managers should take effective measures to enhance the effectiveness of their ideological and political work in the context of the reform of state-owned enterprises.
