目的研制适合进境口岸日常使用的复合广谱消毒剂,分析其杀菌效果及影响因素,为口岸广泛使用提供理论依据。方法通过杀菌实验筛选出戊二醛和癸甲溴铵合适的配伍浓度,得到戊二醛癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂,开展其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果研究以及温度、pH、有机物、稳定性、金属腐蚀性影响研究。结果对大肠杆菌的杀菌结果显示,0.005%戊二醛和0.001%癸甲溴铵作用10 min时杀灭对数值为7.49,相当于10倍浓度的单方戊二醛或20倍浓度的单方癸甲溴铵的效果;0.01%戊二醛和0.002%癸甲溴铵作用10 min时金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值为7.93。该消毒剂的杀菌效果随温度的升高而升高,pH值对其作用效果影响不大,25%以上的有机干扰物会使消毒剂的效果下降60%,复合消毒剂的稳定性比单方略有提高。金属腐蚀性的测试结果表明复合消毒剂对铝、铜基本无腐蚀,对碳钢有轻度腐蚀,高浓度下对不锈钢有轻度腐蚀。结论戊二醛癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂灭菌效果和稳定性优于单方,受外界因素影响下,金属腐蚀性低,适用于口岸的防疫处理。
Objective To develop a compound broad-spectrum disinfectant suitable for daily use at ports of entry, analyze its bactericidal effect and influencing factors, and provide a theoretical basis for the extensive use of ports. Methods The appropriate concentration of glutaraldehyde and decamethium bromide was screened by bactericidal test to get glutaraldehyde dexmethrin complex disinfectant, and its killing effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was studied. The effects of temperature, pH , Organic matter, stability, metal corrosion research. Results The bactericidal effect on Escherichia coli showed that the killing logarithm of 7% was 0.005% glutaraldehyde and 0.001% decamethylammonium bromide at 10 min, which was equivalent to 10 times concentration of unilateral glutaraldehyde or 20 times concentration of monocapramine Bromine, and the effect of 0.01% glutaraldehyde and 0.002% decamethylammonium bromide on the kill logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus at 10 min was 7.93. The bactericidal effect of the disinfectant increases with the increase of temperature, and the effect of pH on its effect is insignificant. The effect of the disinfectant is reduced by 60% with more than 25% organic interferences, and the stability of the composite disinfectant is better than the single The strategy has been improved. Corrosive metal test results show that the composite disinfectant of aluminum, copper basically no corrosion, mild corrosion of carbon steel, stainless steel mild corrosion at high concentrations. Conclusion The sterilization effect and stability of glutaraldehyde decamethylammonium compound disinfectant are better than unilateral. Under the influence of external factors, the corrosion resistance of metal is low and it is suitable for the epidemic prevention of the port.
