Creative Tourism was first proposed by New Zealand scholar Gray Richard and Chris Raymond in 2000. In his opinion, creative tourism refers to a tourist product in which tourists learn the culture or skills of the destination country or community during the tour, stimulate their creative potential, narrow the distance with local residents and further experience the cultural atmosphere of destinations.
