莲花水电站水情自动测报系统是针对莲花水电工程的具体要求而设计实施的。系统覆盖镜泊湖~莲花区间流域面积18400km2,在满足预报方案对水情信息要求的基础上,共布设20个雨量站,并由22个遥测站、6个中继站和1个中心站构成二级中继通信网络,线路储备达10db以上。根据流域的暴雨洪水特性,充分利用现有的水文资料,配置了三水源新安江流域模型、降雨径流预报方案以及河道相应流量预报方案。系统在1997年运行中,畅通率超过95%,预报精度较高。
Lotus Hydropower Station hydrological automatic reporting system is designed for the specific requirements of the Lotus hydropower project designed and implemented. The system covers an area of 18400km2 from Jingpo Lake to Lotus Basin. Based on the requirements of hydrological information in the prediction scheme, a total of 20 rainfall stations are distributed and composed of 22 telemetry stations, 6 relay stations and 1 central station Relay communication network, line storage up to 10db or more. According to the characteristics of storm floods and floods in the basin, the existing hydrological data are fully utilized and the Xin’anjiang River basin model of Sanshui source, the rainfall runoff forecast scheme and the corresponding flow forecast scheme of the river channel are configured. In 1997, the system had an unobstructed flow rate of more than 95% and high forecast accuracy.
