在我国经济发展的推动下,我国的房地产市场也呈现迅速发展的态势。房地产行业的快速发展不仅促进了我国经济的发展而且极大的改善了广大人民群众的居住条件,提高了人民群众的生活水平。但在现实生活中,由于种种因素的影响,商品住宅小区在进行前期规划设计时往往考虑不周,导致商品住宅小区在使用的过程中会出现这样那样的问题,这些都给小区后期的管理增加了难度。所以,在对商品住宅小区进行规划设计时要充分考虑小区后期的管理成本和管理难度问题,本文主要从商品住宅小区的后期管理角度对小区的前期规划设计进行反思。
