研究了电液力控制系统中伺服阀与油缸间的连接管道对系统性能的影响,建立了复合管道网络动态模型,得出了复合管网对力系统性能影响的规律。并对系统进行了试验,结果表明,理论分析正确,管道参数选择合适,能有效地改善系统响应能力。
The influence of connecting pipe between servo valve and cylinder on the system performance was studied. The dynamic model of composite pipe network was established. The influence of composite pipe network on the performance of power system was obtained. And the system was tested. The results show that the theoretical analysis is correct, the pipeline parameters are selected properly, and the system response ability can be effectively improved.
