测定了3CrMnMoVS钢过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并利用CCT曲线着重分析该钢在中等冷速(200—1000℃/h)下连续冷却后的光学和薄膜金相组织。结果表明,在冷却速度大于0.72℃/S条件下连续冷却,金相组织主要是板条马氏体。空冷条件下,其金相组织主要是中温转变产物:B_粒+B_上+B_下的精细混合组织,且基体上弥散分布细小颗粒状VC。
The CCT curves of the CCrMnMoVS steel were measured and the optical and film microstructures of the steel after CCT cooling at 200-1000 ℃ / h were analyzed emphatically by CCT curves. The results show that the cooling rate of more than 0.72 ℃ / S under the conditions of continuous cooling, the microstructure mainly lath martensite. Under the air-cooling condition, the microstructure of the microstructure is mainly the mesophase transformation product: the finely mixed microstructure of B_granules + B_up and + B_, and the fine and granular VCs diffusely distributed on the substrate.
