本文结合多年教学实践经验,试提出提高大学英语教学质量的几点体会:即在教育观念上注重文化意识的渗透;在教学方法上综合运用翻译法与交际法;在教学环节上倡导学生自主学习策略。此三方面既突出教育理念的更新,同时也注重在具体教学过程中以学生为主体思想的落实。
Based on years of teaching experience, this paper tries to put forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of college English teaching: that is, paying attention to the infiltration of cultural awareness in the teaching concept, using the translation method and communicative approach synthetically in teaching methods, and advocating students’ autonomous learning in the teaching process Strategy. These three aspects not only highlight the renewal of educational philosophy, but also focus on the implementation of student-centered thinking in specific teaching process.
