人工髋关节试验机是研究人工髋关节磨损的重要工具。考虑髋关节的运动学、动力学状态,设计了一种新型的人工髋关节试验机,能够模拟正常步行、慢跑等运动,以及关节润滑状态。与其他的髋关节试验机相比,该试验机增加了冲击模块,可研究冲击力对人工髋关节磨损的影响。采用ANSYS Workbench对试验机进行了静态分析和模态分析,结果表明试验机满足强度和刚度要求,并且在试验过程中不会发生共振,能够为人工髋关节的磨损研究提供可靠的试验数据。
Artificial hip joint testing machine is an important tool to study artificial hip joint wear. Considering the kinematics and dynamics of the hip joint, a new type of artificial hip joint testing machine was designed to simulate the normal walking, jogging and other joint lubrication states. Compared with other hip joint testing machines, this testing machine adds an impact module to study the impact of impact on artificial hip joint wear. The static analysis and modal analysis of the testing machine were carried out by ANSYS Workbench. The results show that the testing machine meets the strength and stiffness requirements, and does not resonate during the test, which can provide reliable experimental data for the study of the wear of artificial hip joint.
