每次要填什么申请表时,香港人总会在“国籍”一栏踌躇——应该写“英国”吗?可是香港早已回归祖国。那么该填“中国”?但手里拿的却是“英国公民‘海外’护照”。可怜的香港人,连自己的国籍都弄不清楚,更勿论“民族意识”了——这便是“殖民地”遗留下来的悲哀。培养“民族意识”的重要性似乎一直都为香港教育界所忽视。一百年前,国父孙中山为改善中国人民生活,提出了“三民主义”,其中“民族”更是被放于第一位。香港在西方文明的统治下,“民主”和“民生”
