海航豪庭1#SOHO办公和酒店楼主体结构总高度134.650m,室内外高差1.200m,是存在竖向刚度突变的超高层结构。本工程采用框架-核心筒结构体系,为提高结构整体刚度并提高结构抗震性能,在11,23层设置了BRB防屈曲支撑,在X向(平面短向)的10~34层、Y向(平面长向)的6~23层设置了MD阻尼器。根据工程特点,采取了相应的超限技术措施。弹性计算分析表明,工程各项计算指标较理想,整体设计满足规范要求。弹塑性时程分析表明,结构具有良好的抗震性能,防屈曲支撑和MD阻尼器有效发挥了作用。设计中的SRC柱(墙)与SRC梁连接节点构造可为以后工程的设计提供参考。
The total height of the main structure of 1 # SOHO office and hotel building of HNA Plaza is 134.650m, indoor and outdoor height difference is 1.200m, which is a super high-rise structure with sudden change of vertical rigidity. In order to improve the overall stiffness of the structure and improve the seismic performance of the structure, a BRB buckling brace is installed on the 11th and 23rd floors. According to the characteristics of the project, the corresponding overrun technical measures have been adopted.
