目的：探讨CT与MRI对膝半月板和关节软骨损伤的诊断价值。方法选取2012年2月—2015年1月都江堰市第二人民医院收治的膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者243例，其中内侧半月板损伤92例，外侧半月板损伤83例，软骨损伤68例，均采取CT和MRI诊断，与关节镜诊断结果相比较，分析CT和MRI诊断敏感性以及准确率等。结果内侧半月板损伤 MRI 诊断准确率80.4％，CT 诊断准确率79.3％。外侧半月板损伤 MRI 诊断准确率89.2％，CT诊断准确率83.1％。关节软骨损伤MRI诊断准确率61.8％，CT诊断准确率51.5％。结论 CT与MRI对膝半月板和关节软骨损伤具有较高地诊断价值。“,”Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT and MRI on knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury. Methods A total of 243 knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury patients from February 2012 to January 2015 in the Second People′s Hospital of Dujiangyan City were selected,including 92 cases of medial meniscus injury,83 cases of lateral meniscus injury,68 cases of cartilage damage,all were diagnosed by CT and MRI,and compared with the results of arthroscopic diagno-sis.
