本文应用微机数据采集分析系统,根据电路暂态过程性质,测量可控硅整流弧焊机输出电感器的非线性电感值,并利用数理统计方法,首次给出电感值与电流关系的数学模型。进行理论计算得到的计算值与实测数据进行比较,其结果是令人满意的,这将为研究和设计焊机提供依据。
In this paper, a microcomputer data acquisition and analysis system is used to measure the nonlinear inductor value of the output inductor of the thyristor arc welding machine according to the transient nature of the circuit. Mathematical model of the relationship between inductor current and current is given for the first time by means of mathematical statistics. The theoretical calculation of the calculated value compared with the measured data, the results are satisfactory, which will provide the basis for the study and design of the welder.
