目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定格列美脲胶囊的溶出度。方法 选用ODS柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -磷酸二氢铵溶液(8∶3) ,检测波长 2 2 8nm。结果 格列美脲在 0 .0 4 11～ 3.0 84 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .999) ,平均回收率 10 1.1% ,RSD =1.5 3%。结论 该方法操作简单 ,准确快速 ,可用于格列美脲胶囊的溶出度测定。
Objective To determine the dissolution of glimepiride capsules by RP-HPLC. Methods ODS column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (8: 3) and the detection wavelength was 2280 nm. Results Glimepiride had a good linearity (r = 0.999) in the range of 0.0411 to 3.084 μg with an average recovery of 10.11% and RSD of 1.53%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid and can be used for the determination of dissolution of glimepiride capsules.
