针对核电起重机的主梁振动问题,提出基于磁流变阻尼器(MRFD)的振动控制方案。根据基本假设,建立核电起重机起升机构的振动系统模型;运用开关控制策略,构建其起升机构的振动控制系统模型。将动力学模型转化为状态空间模式,以某型核电起重机参数为应用实例,在Matlab/Simulink环境中进行仿真数值计算。计算结果显示,核电起重机主梁的振动得到较好控制,安全性和作业定位准确性得到提高。
Aimed at the vibration of main girder of nuclear crane, a vibration control scheme based on MRFD was proposed. According to the basic assumptions, the vibration system model of the nuclear crane hoisting mechanism is established. The switch control strategy is used to build the vibration control system model of the hoisting mechanism. The kinetic model is transformed into the state space model. The numerical simulation is carried out in a Matlab / Simulink environment using a nuclear crane parameter as a practical example. The calculation results show that the vibration of the main girder of the nuclear crane is well controlled, and the safety and accuracy of job positioning are improved.
