预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥的合龙段是起着体系转换和连接作用的关键部位,而其中采用劲性钢骨架进行合龙锁定是合龙段最为常用的处理措施。在实际施工中,不同的施工工艺对劲性钢骨架的受力影响很大,本文结合某预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥悬臂施工,就施工现场常采用的2种不同的合龙段施工工艺,分别从解析解和数值解上对劲性钢骨架的受力进行分析计算,对合龙段的施工工艺进行了优化研究,为广大施工人员提供一定的参考意见。
The closure of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridges plays a key role in system transformation and connection, and the most commonly used treatment for closing sections of the prestressed concrete box girder bridge is the locking process. In the actual construction, different construction techniques have a great influence on the force of the steel frame. In this paper, with two different cantilever construction techniques commonly used in the construction site, this paper, combined with cantilever construction of a prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge, Analytical solution and numerical solution on the strength of the steel frame analysis and calculation of the closure of the section of the construction process optimization study for the majority of construction workers to provide some reference.
