由于对剪切机的剪切机理至今尚未掌握,所以目前用在带钢热连轧中的滚筒式切头飞剪一般只能剪切40~50毫米厚的钢板。为了提高其剪切能力,本文对各种结构型式切头飞剪的特点作了比较;重点介绍了采用模拟试验装置对滚筒式切头飞剪的剪切机理进行详细探讨的情形,并得出结论:滚筒式切头飞剪最大剪切厚度可达120毫米;按照本试验结果对现用设备加以改进,完全可以剪切70毫米厚的钢板。
Because of the shearing mechanism of the shearing machine has not yet mastered, so currently used in hot strip rolling drum head shear shears generally can only cut 40 to 50 mm thick steel. In order to improve its shearing ability, this paper compares the characteristics of shear-type shears with various structural styles. The paper mainly discusses the case study of shearing mechanism of roller-shear flying shear with simulation test equipment. Conclusion: The maximum shearing thickness of the drum-type flying shear is up to 120 mm. According to the results of this test, the existing equipment is improved to completely cut the 70 mm-thick steel plate.
