四、现代化的分析仪器 化学实验室中反应物及生成物的组分分析、物性分析是很重要的。早在六十年代,计算机就进入了化学分析的领域。七十年代以来,微型计算机及微电子技术更加蓬勃发展,更加促进了化学分析仪器的数学化与自动化。八十年代后,工业先进国家的各种分析仪器几乎都是带微计算机的。 微电子技术与微计算机在分析化学中的应用,近20年来的发展,主要解决分析仪器输出信号的噪声处理,谱峰的积分、解析、定量计算,谱图检索及操作自动化等,经历了离线处理与在线处理及整个仪器全自动化几个阶段。
