俄霍布拉克煤矿南主斜井即将投入使用,南主斜井顶板淋水和底板渗水较大,目前总水量132 m3/h。由于南主斜井坡度较大、皮带转速较快,遇顶板淋水将会导致煤炭下滑、堆积、洒炭等现象,并增加煤炭水分,降低商品煤质量。同时,底板水将巷道底板浮炭、淤泥均冲入到下滑板,部分直接进入水仓,缩短二水平水仓使用时间,增加清挖水仓难度且易导致管子和皮带架子生锈,从而缩短其使用寿命。为解决以上问题,俄矿采用帷幕注浆截流顶板砂岩水技术,不仅为矿井安全生产提供了保障,而且为矿井创造了巨大的经济效益。
