本文就电子电路机助分析与设计中的运算放大器宏模型加以分析和论述。文中首先概述了CAA和CAD技术中应用运放宏模型的重要性以及两种构成宏模型的方法,其次论述了集成运放宏模型的构成框图;接着列举了五种不同的宏模型结构及其参数的确定公式;第四节中引用宏模型分析几种电路的结果和机助分析包含多个运算放大器的电路的方法及其算法组成。最后结论指出,采用宏模型是有效地进行有源网络机助分析和设计的途径,文中所列出的几种宏模型的结构是可取的,可以结合具体元件参数拟订模型参数。
This paper analyzes and discusses op amp macromodels in the analysis and design of electronic circuits. Firstly, the importance of applying op amp macro-model in CAA and CAD technology and two methods of constructing macro-model are firstly introduced. Secondly, the block diagram of integrated op amp macro-model is discussed. Then five different macro-model structures and their Parameters of the formula; the fourth section refers to the macro-model analysis of the results of several circuits and help analyze the circuit containing multiple operational amplifier method and its algorithm. Finally, it is pointed out that using macromodel is an effective way to analyze and design active networks. The structure of several macromodels listed in this paper is desirable, and the model parameters can be formulated according to the parameters of specific components.
