1985年地质矿产部海洋地质调查局所属勘探三号半潜式钻井浮船,在东海陆架南部(位于上海市东南约470公里)钻探了一口石油普查井.该井在东海陆架揭示出古老变质岩系320余米.经地质矿产部宜昌矿产地质研究所用铷锶全岩等时线法鉴定,第一次热变质时序为16.8亿年,相当于下元古代末期,证明东海陆架存在着古老地块.这一发现对研究我国东南沿海及东海陆架基底性质、时代和大地构造属性提供了宝贵的地质依据.
In 1985, the Exploration No. 3 semi-submersible drilling pontoon belonging to the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources Marine Geological Survey drilled an oil census well in the southern part of the East China Sea shelf (about 470 km southeast of Shanghai), revealing the ancient metamorphic rocks on the East China Sea shelf 320 meters by the Department of Geology and Mineral Resources Yichang Institute of mineral geology using rubidium strontium whole rock isochron line method identification, the first thermal metamorphic sequence of 1.68 billion years, equivalent to the late Yuan Dynasty, prove that there are ancient East China Sea shelf continental shelf. This finding provides a valuable geological basis for studying the properties of the basement, the epoch and the tectonics of the continental shelf in the southeast China and the East China Sea.
