钢管混凝土柱与型钢混凝土柱,能否在同一个项目中使用并充分发挥各自的优点,二者的连接节点设计是关键。其可以参考钢管混凝土的柱脚节点采用端承式和埋入式。通过手工计算和ANSYS有限元模拟的方式复核端承式连接方式可满足规范要求;对于埋入式连接方式,采用有限元模拟结果显示其节点受力性能优于前者。在施工上,端承式连接方式优于埋入式。
The concrete-filled steel tubular columns and steel reinforced concrete columns can be used in the same project and give full play to their respective advantages. The design of the two connecting nodes is the key. It can refer to the column-to-column joints of CFST using end bearing and buried. By means of manual calculation and ANSYS finite element simulation, the method of end-to-end connection can be verified to meet the specification requirements. For the embedded connection method, the finite element simulation results show that the joint force performance is better than the former. In the construction, end-type connection is better than embedded.
