目的:分析钼靶定位引导下经实时安珂微创旋切刀对乳腺钙化灶的诊断价值。方法:选择的20例(22个乳腺钙化灶)乳腺科患者均行钼靶定位下经实时安珂微创旋切刀活检术,观察检查结果。结果:22个乳腺钙化灶中,良性病变17个(77.27%)、乳腺癌灶5个(22.73%),良性病变中乳腺病13个,纤维腺瘤、脂肪瘤、囊肿、其他良性病变各1个;乳腺癌灶中1个原诊断为良性病变,术后病理证实为乳腺癌。良性病变行单纯切除术,乳腺癌则行进一步手术、化疗、放疗等综合治疗,术后随访1~3个月未出现血肿形成等并发症。结论:钼靶定位下经实时安珂微创旋切刀活检术具有操作简单、定位准确、检出率高等特点,可作为乳腺钙病灶诊断的重要手段。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the value of real-time Anke minimally invasive rotary knife in the diagnosis of breast calcification under the guidance of mammography. Methods: Selected 20 patients (22 breast calcification) breast patients underwent Molybdenum target localization by real-time Anke minimally invasive rotary biopsy, observe the test results. Results: Of the 22 breast calcifications, 17 (77.27%) had benign lesions, 5 (22.73%) had breast lesions, 13 had benign breast lesions, and 1 had fibroadenomas, lipomas, cysts, and other benign lesions A breast cancer in the original diagnosis of a benign lesions, postoperative pathology confirmed breast cancer. Simple excision of benign lesions, breast cancer is further surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other comprehensive treatment, follow-up 1 to 3 months did not appear complications such as hematoma formation. Conclusion: The real-time Anke Minimally invasive rotary biopsy under mammography has the advantages of simple operation, accurate positioning and high detection rate, which can be used as an important method for the diagnosis of breast calcium lesions.
