本文采用右心漂浮导管,根据Engelberg法测定了61例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)缓解期病人的肺血管顺应性(Cpa),分析了它与临床病情及肺循环血液动力学其它指标间的关系。结果表明,COPD病人Cpa随临床病情进展而下降;Cpa与右室平均压、肺动脉平均压、肺血管阻力及肺总阻力呈显著负相关,与心搏量及心搏指数呈显著正相关,与心输出量、心指数及右室心搏功指数无显著相关。此外,本文尚以Engelberg法为参照,比较了另外两种较为简单的方法。结果表明,工氏法测定Cpa优于Reuben法。
In this paper, pulmonary vascular compliance (Cpa) was measured in 61 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) undergoing echocardiography by Engelberg’s floating catheter. The relationship between Cpa and clinical status and other parameters of pulmonary hemodynamics was analyzed. The results showed that COPD patients with clinical progression of Cpa decreased; Cpa and right ventricular mean pressure, pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary vascular resistance and total lung resistance was significantly negatively correlated with the stroke volume and cardiac index was significantly positively correlated with There was no significant correlation between cardiac output, cardiac index and right ventricular cardiac function index. In addition, this article still Engelberg law as a reference, compared to the other two more simple method. The result shows that the Cpa method is superior to the Reuben method for the determination of working-class method.
