目的对某无菌实验室进行消毒效果检测,并进行细菌种属鉴定。方法按照《消毒与实验技术规范》和《消毒技术规范》进行消毒,随机引物PCR法进行阳性菌落种属鉴定。结果物体表面(90.90%)及压力蒸汽灭菌(100.00%)基本达到国家自然菌杀灭率标准,实验人员手(86.36%)、室内空气(76.47%)、使用过的消毒液(85.71%)未达标。随机引物PCR成功对阳性菌株进行了种属鉴定。结论改善实验室环境条件,严格操作程序可提升消毒效果,随机引物PCR法可有效应用于无菌环境的消毒效果评价。
Objective To test the disinfection effect of a sterile laboratory and identify the bacterial species. Methods According to “Disinfection and experimental technical specifications” and “Disinfection technical specifications” for disinfection, random primers PCR method for positive colony species identification.
