我们一直关注着无锡市实验幼儿园的“生活、学习、做人”课程实验,因为我们相信这个有着强烈事业心和高度使命感的集体一定能做得更好。8年了,我们终于看到了她的成熟与完善。8年来,她们走过了确定课题、实施课题、验证课题、深化课题四个充满艰辛的研究阶段;走过了自我否定、自我修正、自我发展、自我超越四个坎坷的心路历程。在不断吸收国内外教育研究的新信息、新成果、新理论的同时,她们改进了课程内容的组合,调整了课程实施的组织方式,并将课程目标、内容转化为具体的可操作的幼儿自主学习活动和教师的教育行为,逐步形成了课程目标整体性、课程内容科学性、课程实施主体性、课程评价操作性的特点,使该课程成为“源于儿童生活、适应国际生活、面向未来生活”的园本课程。在课题鉴定会上,来自全国各地的幼教界权威给予了高度评价:对于幼儿园开展课程改革具有理论和实践上的创新意义和示范价值。透过该课程的基本理念与生动实践,我们认为:幼儿园课程作为反映幼教改革成效的鲜活载体,其自身发展与完善的动态过程所蕴含的价值将更加重大。为此,我们特用专辑形式作-较为深度而全面的报道,以飨读者。
