广东省现代物流业已步入快速转型升级的新阶段,更加依赖对信息化、自动化、智能化技术装备的应用,在此背景下的物流人才培养也应根据地方产业经济的发展情况进行调整转型。本文提出了对“管理+技术”复合型物流人才培养的转型方向,并从基于学校—行业—企业三方联动的协同育人视角,研究了多主体、开放式办学的协同育人模式在专业人才培养模式构建、课程体系设置、课程开发、师资培养、实训基地建设、评价体系设计等方面进行的深度合作与创新。
The modern logistics industry in Guangdong Province has entered a new phase of rapid transformation and upgrading. It relies more on the application of information technology, automation and intelligent technology and equipment. Logistics personnel training in this context should also be adjusted and transformed in light of the development of local industry economy. This paper puts forward the transformation direction of the “management + technology” compound logistics talents training. From the perspective of coordinated education based on the tripartite linkage of school-industry-enterprise, this paper studies the cooperative education model of multi-agent and open education Professional training mode construction, curriculum system setup, curriculum development, teacher training, training base construction, evaluation system design and other aspects of the depth of cooperation and innovation.
