化学纯削在国外曾是加工整体加强壁板、蒙皮等零部件的一项主要工艺方法。近年来,在航宇工业中国外仍广泛应用化纯工艺加工像“土星”SIC、SⅣ、SⅥB的前后封头瓜瓣、氢氧貯箱共底蜂窩结构面板;“大力神”、“民兵”等铝、钢、钛、铍合金的零部件以及涡轮风扇发动机RB—211导向器机匣的内型面槽和RB—199安装边凸块座等零部件。本文简要介绍美、英、西德几家主要航空公司、工厂采用化统一般概况,指出国外化铣能达到的表面光洁度与尺寸精度,并重点介绍了国外在提高化纯质量和改进化铣工艺方面的研究。
