目的 利用国产VTS-Ⅲ型前庭功能检查系统,测定飞行人员正弦摆动视、前庭眼震参数的正常值,并讨论其临床意义。方法 38名24岁~35岁男性健康飞行人员和15例梅尼埃病患者为受试者。视动性眼震试验(OKN),垂直光条以峰速60°/s的角速度顺、逆时针方向交替运行,角加速度频率0.05 Hz,每个周期持续30 s。前庭性眼震试验(VOR),转椅正弦摆动5个周期,频率为0.05 Hz,峰速为60°/s。所得数据采用(?)±2 s表示,单位ms。结果 OKN正弦参数特征是最大慢相速度(SPV)59.88±22.36,最大快相速度(FPV)312.28±189.92,左右优势比(DP%)<10,增益0.84±4.40。VOR正弦参数特征是SPV 60.03±30.52,FPV 292.51±202.40,DP%<15,增益0.84±4.40。梅尼埃病患者,其眼震参数特征主要表现为OKN基本正常,VOR的FPV基本正常,而VOR的SPV和增益对称性明显降低。结论 对飞行人员或其它人员进行前庭功能检查时应有实验室的正常值。前庭中枢异常主要表现在OKN异常和VOR的FPV异常;前庭外周功能异常主要表现在VOR的SPV、增益及DP%。而其它指标基本正常。
Objective To evaluate the normal values of sinusoidal vibration and antenatal nystagmus parameters of domestic pilots using domestic VTS-Ⅲ vestibular function test system and to discuss its clinical significance. Methods Thirty-eight male healthy flight personnel aged 24 to 35 and 15 Meniere’s disease patients were enrolled. Optic nystagmus test (OKN). The vertical light bar alternates clockwise and anticlockwise with an angular velocity of 60 ° / s. The angular acceleration frequency is 0.05 Hz and each cycle lasts for 30 s. Conclusions There should be laboratory normal values for vestibular function testing of pilots or other personnel. Abnormal central vestibular anomalies mainly in OKN abnormalities and VOR FPV abnormalities; vestibular peripheral dysfunction mainly in the VOR SPV, gain and DP%. While other indicators are basically normal.
