目的探讨宁夏回汉族农村居民ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸与空腹血糖水平之间的关系。方法根据ADA糖尿病诊断标准(2003)选择空腹血糖受损者558人,按照性别、年龄(≥35岁)和民族成组匹配健康对照431人,共计989人。所有调查对象进行问卷调查和采集血样,测定体质指数、腰臀比、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白及9种血浆磷脂脂肪酸(包括4种ω-3系脂肪酸)。采用多元线性逐步回归分析空腹血糖与ω-3指数(EPA和DHA占总磷脂脂肪酸比例)的关系。结果与对照组比较,空腹血糖受损组体质指数、腰臀比、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白水平及部分血浆磷脂脂肪酸水平较高(P均<0.05);回族空腹血糖受损组ω-3指数低于回族健康对照组(P均<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析后,汉族ω-3指数与空腹血糖水平无关,回族ω-3指数是空腹血糖的影响因素,且呈负相关(b=-0.015,P<0.01),BMI与空腹血糖呈正相关(b=0.024,P<0.01),经交互作用分析后显示,BMI与log(ω-3指数)有交互作用(P<0.01)。结论ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸水平在回汉民族间存在差异。回族ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸与空腹血糖呈负相关,汉族未见ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸与空腹血糖相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and fasting blood glucose in the rural residents of the Hui and Han nationalities in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Methods 558 impaired fasting glucose were selected according to ADA Diabetes Diagnostic Criteria (2003). According to sex, age (≥35 years old) and ethnic groups, 431 healthy controls were matched, a total of 989 people. All subjects were investigated by questionnaire and blood samples were collected for determination of body mass index, waist-hip ratio, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and nine plasma phospholipid fatty acids Department of fatty acids). The relationship between fasting blood glucose and the omega-3 index (ratio of EPA and DHA to total phospholipid fatty acids) was analyzed using multiple linear stepwise regression. Results Compared with the control group, the body mass index, waist-hip ratio, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and some plasma phospholipid fatty acids in fasting plasma glucose group were significantly higher (P < 0.05). The index of omega-3 in the Hui impaired fasting glucose group was lower than that in the Hui healthy control group (all P <0.05). The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that there was no correlation between the omega-3 index and fasting blood glucose level in Han nationality. The ω-3 index of Hui nationality was the influencing factor of fasting blood glucose (b = -0.015, P <0.01) (B = 0.024, P <0.01). After interaction analysis, there was interaction between BMI and log (ω-3 index) (P <0.01). Conclusion The levels of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are different between Hui and Han peoples. There is a negative correlation between Hui-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and fasting blood glucose, but no HF-related omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are found in Han Chinese.
