在机床动态性能研究中,一般采用的比例阻尼假设不符合机床的实际情况,因此不宜采用实模态方法分析机床的动态特性。本文应用复模态原理,对机床的各阶振动模态,进行了理论分析和实验验证。并采用一种新的图示法,在一张图上同时表示机床各主要部件的瞬态振型和最大幅值振型,使各阶复振型具有直观性。
In the study of machine tool dynamic performance, the general assumption of proportional damping does not fit the actual situation of the machine tool. Therefore, it is not appropriate to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool by the real mode method. In this paper, the complex modal principle is applied to the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the vibration modes of the various stages of the machine tool. And a new pictorial method is used to represent the instantaneous vibration modes and the maximum amplitude modes of the main components of a machine tool simultaneously on a single chart so as to make each mode of reactivation intuitive.
