目的 为了提高新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的血氧含量 ,减轻脑缺氧所造成的脑损伤。方法 使用新生儿康复箱治疗HIE ,于治疗前后作 2 0项新生儿行为神经评分 (NBNA)。随访 6个月至 1年 ,其中 33例用盖瑟尔方法作智商测定。结果 治疗组NBNA评分明显高于对照组 ,P <0 .0 1,尤其轻、中度组较为明显。DQ值二组之间存在着明显差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 高压氧治疗HIE有助于神经功能的恢复。
Objective To improve the oxygen content of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and reduce the brain damage caused by hypoxia. Methods Neonatal rehabilitation cases were used to treat HIE. Behavioral neurobehavioral scores (NBNA) of 20 neonates were recorded before and after treatment. Follow-up ranged from 6 months to 1 year, of which 33 cases were measured by the Gessel method for IQ. Results The NBNA score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P <0.01, especially in the mild and moderate groups. DQ value between the two groups there is a significant difference, P <0. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of HIE contribute to the recovery of nerve function.
