据推测,颞骨的含气性与中耳腔换气功能有明显关系。应用颞骨CT,对无中耳疾患的226例(452耳)的乳突和乳突小房含气率进行了研究。男108例,女118例,年龄22~79岁,平均50.8岁。使用CT8600型,管电压120KPV,电流250mA,片幅与层距间隔均2mm,行两侧颞骨水平面摄影。其结果:226例乳突含气率占32.7%(148/452耳),其中男性占31.0%(67/216耳),女性占34.3%(81/236耳),两者间未见明显差异。右侧含气性77耳,左侧71耳,左右侧也未见明
It is speculated that the gas in the temporal bone has a significant relationship with the ventilation of the middle ear cavity. Temporal bone CT was used to investigate the gas content of the mastoid and mastoid cells in 226 cases (452 ears) without middle ear disorders. 108 males and 118 females, aged 22 to 79 years old, with an average of 50.8 years old.
