又到了大学毕业生签约的季节,对大学生“违约”的担心也随之而来。如何看待“违约”?如何有效减少“违约”现象?本文认为,“违约”是毕业生的一种权利,但它将导致毕业生就业成本增加,同时导致个人信用的降低。为此,应该通过一定的制度安排以避免大规模“违约”现象的发生。毕业生“签约”是指毕业生与用人单位和毕业学校三方签订《全国普通高等学校毕业生就业协议书》,毕业生“违约”通常是特指毕业生在签订该协议之后、到用人单位报道之前改变就业决定并解除协议的行为。毕业生签订的就业协议实际上是一种有关就业意向的承
